For therapists and clinics
One shared space for you and your clients.
Therasize brings sessions, homework, assessments, notes and documents into a single clinical workspace — so the work between appointments stops living in email threads, PDFs and half a dozen apps.
No card required to start. Works in the browser on desktop and mobile.

Everything a session touches, in one place
Not a scheduler bolted to a note editor. The appointment, the homework it generated and the record it produced all reference each other.
Build any worksheet you can imagine
Not a fixed library. Compose worksheets from scored questions, scales, multi-select, dates and information blocks — or start from ours. Whatever you build, your client fills in interactively.
Fill the diary without the admin
Clients book into your availability from a link, propose new times themselves, and pay before the session opens. Your Google Calendar stays in step.
Meet in the app
Video sessions run inside Therasize with in-session chat, so the appointment sits next to the notes and homework instead of in a separate tool.
Keep the clinical record
Session notes linked to the appointment, pre- and post-session forms, case formulation, correspondence and bulletins — one record per client rather than four systems.
Share documents safely
A shared drive per client for handouts, letters and uploads, with access scoped to the two of you and nothing sitting in an email thread.
A real app for your client
Not a portal they dread. Clients install Therasize to their home screen and get their sessions, worksheets, assessments and documents wherever they are.
Work as a clinic
Organisation workspaces with admin, therapist and supervisor roles, a shared resource library, and workspace-scoped client management for teams.

Case formulation
The client record
Open a client, see the whole picture
Active measures and their scores, the worksheets you have assigned, shared media and documents, your case formulation, your latest note and correspondence — on one page rather than scattered across tabs.
- Assessments with recurring schedules and scored history
- Worksheets from your own library, your organisation, or Discover
- Case formulation you build and revise as therapy progresses
- A full record export whenever you or the client need one
Interactive worksheets
If you can describe it, you can build it
Most tools hand you a fixed set of PDFs. Therasize gives you a builder: drop in the question types you need, arrange them, and it becomes something your client fills in on their phone — not a form they print, scribble on and forget to bring.
Scored questions total themselves, so a measure you invent charts over time exactly like a standardised one. Add a formulation diagram where it helps. Reuse it across your caseload, or publish it for other therapists.

Worry diary
How strong was the worry? (0–10)
Did you use a coping step?
What helped?
Your library
Build it once, use it for years
Everything you create lands in your own library and stays yours. Assign the same worksheet to a new client in two clicks instead of rebuilding it, and pull in material from three other places when you need something you have not written.
Four places to draw from
- My library — Everything you have built or copied, yours to reuse and revise
- Organisation — Shared resources your clinic has standardised on
- Discover — Therasize worksheets and validated measures, ready to assign
- Purchased — Anything you have bought from other therapists
Sell what you have built
If you have written something good, other therapists will pay for it. Publish a single worksheet or bundle a pack, set your price, and it appears in Discover for the rest of the community. Payments run through your own Stripe account, so you are paid directly.
Everything published is reviewed before it goes live, so the marketplace stays worth browsing.
Your diary
Stop scheduling over email
Share a booking link and clients book into your real availability. If they need to move, they propose a new time in the app and you accept it in one click — no thread, no phone tag.
- Paid sessions collect payment before the client can join, so you are not chasing invoices after the fact
- Cancellations carry a reason the client actually receives, and no-shows are recorded against the session
- Sessions sync to your Google Calendar so your diary stays true in both places
The client experience
Your client gets a whole app, not a login
Therasize installs to their home screen like any other app — no app store, no download. They get their own dashboard: sessions coming up, worksheets and assessments waiting, messages from you, and every document you have shared.
- Installs to the home screen on iPhone and Android, and works in any browser
- Worksheets autosave as they go, so half-finished work is never lost
- They can propose a new session time, join the call, and export their own record

View allWe use AI for the paperwork. Never for your clients.
Plenty of tools now pipe session notes and client records through a language model. We do not, and we do not intend to. AI in Therasize is confined to authoring tools — describe the worksheet you want and it drafts the structure; describe a letter and it writes a reusable template with [Client First Name] placeholders for you to fill in.
What AI sees
- The prompt you type, and nothing else
- Worksheet and assessment structures you are drafting
- Blank correspondence templates with placeholders
What it never sees
- Session notes and case formulations
- Client responses, scores and assessment history
- Names, emails, uploaded documents — any client record
Workspaces that want none of it can switch AI features off entirely.
Privacy designed in, not added later
Therapy records are among the most sensitive data there is. Therasize is built with UK GDPR and NHS information-governance expectations as design constraints.
Privacy mode
One toggle replaces every client identifier across the app with a stable pseudonym — for shared screens, supervision and hot-desking.
Export the whole record
Any client record exports as a portable archive: printable HTML, structured JSON and CSV. Clients can export their own copy too.
Access that ends when it should
Two-factor authentication, idle sign-out, role-aware permissions, and audit logging on sensitive access.
Start with one client, or move your whole caseload
Free to start, no card required. Invite a client and see how it fits your way of working.
